I can’t even begin to tell you what a pleasure this little family and newborn photo shoot was to shoot. No, seriously. The Bornman family and I had one laugh after another from start to finish while their beautiful little boy, Luca, snoozed on peacefully. (Don’t you just love his name?) And with such a relaxed atmosphere, it’s little wonder that this family and newborn photo shoot resulted in some of the most beautiful photos!

The Abadirs are a very special little family of four, and they’re about to expand to five on 11 July! From mom and dad to big brother and sister, everyone got involved for the Abadir family and maternity photo shoot in Pretoria. We had a beautiful photo session in a shady little glen, giving this shoot a fairytale forest feel.

Bamboo Shoot Photography specialises in lifestyle photo shoots, including children’s birthday parties. A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of taking photos for a very special little girl’s birthday.
